‘Gamercising’ is making the world of virtual fitness a fun place.

“VR (virtual reality) exercise has the potential to improve cardiovascular fitness, body composition, muscular strength and endurance, and flexibility, depending on the type of exercise played,” Dr Zan Gao ((HWRC Affiliate Faculty) , who co-authored one of those studies into the effectiveness of VR exercise, tells Body+Soul.
